Artist: Tim Rogerson Title: 101 Roses Size: 24" x 16" Edition: Artist Signed and Numbeered; Limted to an Edition of 195. COA included. Medium: Giclee on Canvas (Hand Embellished) About the Artist: This piece was inspired by a recent trip to Paris, France. There I visited The Sainte-Chapelle Cathedral, which is famous for its stained-glass windows. Seeing the sunlight beaming through all the bright colors and intricate details took my breath away. I’d never seen anything like it. That experience brought a whole new light to the wedding scene in 101 Dalmatians when Pongo and Perdita joined hands in front of the stained-glass window. I tried to capture that same feeling standing in the center of Sainte-Chapelle but through the eyes of Pongo and Perdita. Why is it titled, “101 Roses”? Count all the roses around the window and find out. ~ Tim Rogerson
