Detailed Description : This iconic Art Deco piece was originally created by French master J. de Roncourt in the 1930s. Entitled "Le Bendeur", it depicts a powerful man bending a large metal rod by hand, and is regarded as the best work of the master of French Art Deco male sculptures.
"Le Bendeur" has been cast entirely of pure bronze by the talented artisans working in our own California art foundry. It boasts a rich, deep brown patina finish with subtle highlights that emphasize the artist's assured modeling.
