Detailed Description : This gorgeous bronze of a women with a harp was originally sculpted by French master Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse in 1875. It boast a beautiful patina applied under high heat so it is fused into the metal.
"Melodie" is mounted onto a marble base, stands a substantial 31.5" tall by 15" wide, and weighs 112 lbs. It is signed "Carrier-Belleuse" in the bronze.
