Detailed Description : This is part of the pair of exquisite bronzes (see also Item No. 274) highlighting the nobility and beauty of the thoroughbred horse.
This sculpture has been cast of the finest pure bronze by the experienced artisans working in our California art foundry, and boasts a deep, rich patina finish applied under very high heat so that it has permanently fused with the metal itself. This is a top quality equestrian piece that will endure to delight for centuries.
This horse sculpture is mounted onto a marble base, stands 14" high by 14" wide, and is signed "J Moigniez" in the bronze.
About the Sculpture: Made in the U.S.A. certified pure bronze. Featuring recasts of hundreds of significant bronzes. Setting the standard in hand cast bronzes in the superior Lost Wax Process (Cire Perdue).
