About the Artist

Aldo Luongo is an internationally celebrated contemporary artist known for his romantic impressionism and expressive figurative works. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1941, Luongo trained at the Academy of Fine Arts before relocating to the United States. After a sports injury ended his professional soccer career, he dedicated himself fully to painting.

Named an official artist for the Olympics three times and the 1998 World Cup, Luongo’s career spans over four decades. His art explores themes of love, memory, passion, and the human spirit through dynamic brushwork and rich color.
