ABOUT THE GREAT KETTLES. The Great Kettles is home to a number of magical figures: The Man in the Moon, The Mystic Mariner, Father Time, The Sandman, The Cloud Keeper, The Cow that Jumped Over the Moon, The Sisters of the Bridge, Trundles, Trolls, Mogg the Giant along with his four brother Giants (one for each season), Vidalia Potts, The Onion Lady, Old Man Winter and a population of Shadow Tailors, Fence Viewers, Stone Counters, Scribners, Peddlers, Cooks and Crooks like Kudgell the Wayward Wizard. They have a game called Bowl a Troll where they roll Trolls at large (man-sized) wooden pins. The Troll, unlike a bowling ball, attempts to destroy the pins with a war-axe or sword as he flies into them. The Troll with the most destroyed wooden pins is the winner. - DM
