About the Art : It is said that as many as three out of five cowboys were Black or Hispanic, Hollywood didn’t get the memo. His knife Scabbard is Lakota. Did he find it on the trail in Wyoming or did he trade for it at some point? A tribute to minority Cowboys of which there were many!
Brent Flory graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.F.A. in Illustration. He has been in numerous solo and juried shows including The Phippen Western Art Show in Prescott, AZ, The National Western Art Show and Auction in Ellensburg, WA, and The Mountain Oyster Show in Tucson, AZ. He has received many best of show awards and medals. Brent's work is held in many private collections throughout the United States, Canada, Japan and Europe.
