From the Artist: As the two girls in "Shelter for the Heart" stand together in a downpour, they are perhaps able to see the beauty in a rainy day for the first time without fear. Helped by the shelter of an unbrella and the comfort of a friend comes the knowledge that there will always be sunshine after the rain. It's metaphor for hope in daily lessons.
