Edition / Size: Executive Edition Print on Paper Limited to 300. The Executive edition print carries a detailed graphite pencil remarque by Jim Hautman hand drawn directly on the lower margin of the print. Each print comes with a 24K gold-plated medallion and bears a one-of-a-kind original piece of artwork created directly on the lower margin of the print. The prints are hand-signed and numbered out of 300 prints. Traditionally the print and medallion are framed along with two duck stamps, one mint and one signed by the artist. Each print is a personally signed and hand-numbered lithograph printed on high quality acid free paper with archival fade-resistant inks.

About the Art: The federal duck stamp program will help raise tens of millions of dollars for habitat conservation, protecting wetland habitats in the National Wildlife Refuge System. Since 1934, sales have raised more than a billion dollars, helping to conserve more than six million acres of high quality waterfowl habitat.
About the Artist : Born in 1964, James Hautman grew up in an artistic family surrounded by nature. He has been drawing and painting wildlife subjects for over 40 years. In 1989, at age 25, he became the youngest winner of the Federal Duck Stamp Contest. He has gone on to win 5 more times, 1995, 1999, 2011, 2017 and 2022. In addition to his record setting 6 Federal wins, he has painted over 25 state conservation stamp designs and the 1990 Australian Duck Stamp. He has twice been named Ducks Unlimited International Artist of the Year, in 1991 and 2010. In 2002 Jim and his brothers Robert and Joe were commissioned by the United Nations to paint a series for their endangered species stamp collection. Jimís artwork has been displayed in the Oval Office of the White House, the Smithsonian Institution, the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum, The United Nations and in public and private collections throughout the world. Jim and his wife Dorothy live in Minnesota.
